As an experienced Painter with over three years of experience, your responsibilities will include painting and plastering surfaces within apartment units. You'll need to address patching and preparation tasks effectively, providing solutions to any challenges that arise. Your ability to adhere to schedules is crucial for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paint walls, doors, and ceilings in residential units

• Prepare and fill surfaces for plastering

• Complete drywall repairs and installations

• Sand and finish areas for paint readiness

• Execute task schedules without supervision

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

• Must own tools required for job execution

• Quality and speed assessed in performance

• Strong problem-solving skills necessary

• Metal stud framing experience advantageous
