Position: Heavy-Duty Mechanic Field Service Role

You will start primarily in the shop, performing maintenance and repairs as detailed by the Service Manager. As you gain skills, a transition to fieldwork will enhance your experience with CTOS equipment. Customer interactions are key to ensuring service efficiency and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose equipment issues using manuals and repair orders

• Perform maintenance work efficiently and accurately

• Prepare reports and service records completely

• Verify repairs through road testing

• Attend required safety training from CTOS

Requirements:

• Alberta Skilled Trades Ticket or Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician

• Must hold a Class 5 driver’s license;
Class 1 or 3 preferred

• Familiarity with Quick Serve, DTNA software

• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic issues

• Own tools required along with basic computer proficiency
