The ideal Leadhand Labourer at Primoris Canada is a ticketed journeyman responsible for conveying work directives to crew members as outlined by the Foreman. This role emphasizes safety and effective communication, requiring a commitment to industry regulations and best practices. You'll facilitate the necessary permits and support timely project execution while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clear work directions to the crew
• Monitor compliance with safety and OH&S standards
• Facilitate the formation of Safe Work Permits
• Communicate specific needs for materials and tools
• Ensure timely submission of crew timesheets
Requirements:
• Hold an Alberta journeyman ticket or equivalent
• Certification in CSTS-09 or CSO preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Compliance with drug and alcohol testing required
