Be a pivotal part of our renovation team as a Lead Carpenter, focused on quality craftsmanship in Lambton County. Balance leadership with hands-on carpentry for impactful projects.
In this senior role, you will mentor your team while managing a variety of renovation tasks. With over a decade of experience, you will ensure high standards in installations and project management, alongside effective communication with clients and trades. Your artistic flair in carpentry will contribute significantly to project successes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team efforts in custom installations and renovations
• Oversee project planning and material management
• Coordinate tasks and maintain detailed logs of progress
• Train and support team members based on hands-on experience
• Align project execution with design requirements
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in finishing carpentry
• Knowledge of cabinetmaking and design blueprints
• Ability to communicate effectively on-site
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license and general safety understanding
