As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will guide HVAC technicians while ensuring optimal system performance across industrial facilities. Your responsibilities will include advanced troubleshooting on chillers, boilers, and system repairs, as well as overseeing preventive maintenance efforts. With a focus on safety and quality, you’ll mentor your team and work closely with management to efficiently coordinate workload and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily activities of HVAC technicians and prioritize tasks

• Perform advanced troubleshooting on HVAC systems

• Oversee preventive maintenance program execution

• Respond to emergencies with technical leadership

• Mentor HVAC technicians on best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with HVAC training

• 5-7 years HVAC maintenance experience, 2 years in a lead role

• Valid HVAC/R certification or trade license

• Strong troubleshooting skills in diverse HVAC equipment

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
