Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of rope access crew

• Approve and review timesheets and risk assessments

• Mentor and train technicians for skills development

• Address safety incidents and near misses thoroughly

• Perform necessary tasks in crew absence

Requirements:

• IRATA Level 3 Certification required

• Preferably hold a Journeyman ticket

• Must have First Aid Certification

• Clean driver’s license and record

• Commitment to quality and safety essential
