Mitigation Technician Emergency Restoration

Become a crucial part of emergency response as a Mitigation Technician. Support restoration projects while applying IICRC S-500 Standards in both residential and commercial settings.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team or independently to meet customer and insurance company requirements. Responsibilities include performing restoration techniques in cleaning, water remediation, and structural drying, all aimed at exceeding client expectations. Maintain safety and compliance while ensuring project completion according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cleaning and restoration services at job sites

• Perform moisture mapping and water extraction

• Document restoration efforts with photographs

• Maintain equipment and restock supplies regularly

• Conduct safety assessments and uphold a hazard-free environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively

• Knowledge of customer service practices

• Valid driver's license and vehicle operation skills
