Royal York Property Management is looking for dependable Plumbers who have a minimum of five years in the field. You'll travel to various residential properties across Ontario to diagnose plumbing issues, perform repairs, and maintain detailed documentation of your findings. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in protecting properties from water damage and leaks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose plumbing systems and recommend necessary repairs
• Complete assigned service calls and repairs
• Inspect and assess potential plumbing hazards
• Document work and update job statuses using a mobile app
• Test repairs for quality assurance before leaving
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of paid plumbing experience
• Valid plumber trade certification required
• Reliable vehicle and plumbing tools needed
• Knowledge of plumbing safety and risk management
• Basic English communication abilities
