Royal York Property Management seeks dependable Handy workers for residential maintenance roles. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in handyman services or property maintenance. This role requires independence, problem-solving capabilities, and a reliable vehicle to travel between job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete general residential maintenance and repair tasks
• Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Install and remove lockboxes as needed
• Replace HVAC filters and conduct routine upkeep
• Assemble and install household items as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Own reliable vehicle and essential tools
• Capable smartphone for GPS and work apps
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
