Student Assistant, Creative Collaborations, Collective Momentum Virtual Conference
This position will be funded by and is contingent on a successful
SSHRC Connection Grant
application, the results of which will be known by the end of March.
You will be contributing to the CRKN Virtual Conference () including assisting with the conference itself and producing a proceedings following the conference.
In the appointment of Student Assistant, your general duties and responsibilities will be:
Your location of work will be largely remote, with periodic meetings on campus in the Murray Library. You will report to Jason Friedman, Assistant Dean, Collections and Discovery.
Required Number of Hours
: 150 total hours, approximately 30 hours per month

Qualifications (
Skills and Abilities
)
You must be registered in a graduate program.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience with library/information studies, cultural heritage, and/or persistent identifiers is considered an asset.
Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
Familiarity with social media, Zoom, and Drupal are considered assets.
