We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and logistical support to the senior management team. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with office and tour coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Role Description / Key Responsibilities
- Assist the senior management team as needed
- Provide administrative support, including calendar and email management
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Coordinate tour logistics
- Work with facilities to review tour requests and confirm availability
- Coordinate office logistics and support
- Work with communications on CM
- Manage furniture and name plates
- Arrange support for any moves
- Maintain office supplies
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced computer skills
- Pre-access substance testing clearance
- Base schedule:
Monday–Thursday - Occasional 1-week in / 1-week out rotation
