Key Responsibilities

Timekeeping & Payroll:
Enter and verify weekly timecards, ensure accurate hours and job coding, and resolve any discrepancies.

Accounts Payable:
Process invoices, match purchase orders, verify pricing and quantities, and maintain organized AP records.

Office & Phone Systems:
Manage phone systems, answer incoming calls, and provide basic technical troubleshooting support.

Purchase Orders:
Create and enter purchase orders for pre‑quoted materials and day‑to‑day purchases.

General Administration:
Provide support to office staff, manage office supplies, and assist with day‑to‑day organization.

Qualifications

2+ years accounting experience

Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

Proficient with Excel

Excellent communication and organization

Able to multi‑task and support office and field teams
