You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and assist with essential bookkeeping and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email
• Manage bookkeeping responsibilities like accounts receivable
• Organize financial documents and prepare reports
• Assist with office management and supply upkeep
• Collaborate with the owner on executive tasks
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
• Understanding of accounting software like Simply or Sage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication both in writing and speaking
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
