This key role at Saskatoon Motor Products involves welcoming guests, managing calls, and handling a variety of administrative duties. Your skills in Microsoft Office and document management will play a critical role in maintaining the professionalism of our dealership. You'll ensure that every visitor has a memorable experience by delivering outstanding customer service in our vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist every visitor personally
• Manage and screen incoming phone calls professionally
• Maintain meeting rooms and common area tidiness
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Book customer appointments accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year reception or admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new tech
• Strong document creation and proofreading abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
