Shape the future of the Rare Earth Processing Facility as a Handover Package Coordinator with Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Facilitate documentation and support smooth turnover from construction to commissioning.
SRC is seeking a candidate experienced in construction or project administration, particularly in handover processes. In this role, you'll coordinate closely with construction, engineering, and quality assurance teams, ensuring the readiness of project documentation. Your organizational skills will help verify packages and keep everything on track from mechanical completion to turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate turnover boundaries and acceptance criteria with various teams
• Review inspection records and verify packages for handover readiness
• Maintain workflows, templates, and checklists for consistent turnover
• Track package status and highlight missing or overdue documents
• Organize meetings and readiness reviews with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering Technology or relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in construction or commissioning documentation
• Experience with document management systems is advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
