Seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator, preferred candidates will have experience in similar roles, ideally within a dealership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service while managing appointment bookings and a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors for a top-tier experience
• Handle phone calls professionally, forwarding as needed
• Maintain tidiness in meeting rooms and common areas
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Process accounts payable and support other accounting duties
Requirements:
• 1 year of reception and/or administration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to technologies
• Exceptional document creation and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
