About Us
Horizon Homes is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a casual basis to help keep our financial records and office systems running smoothly.
The RoleThis is a casual position perfect for someone looking for flexible hours. You will primarily support our administrative team with essential data entry and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Invoice Management:
Accurately enter vendor and supplier invoices into our accounting software Quick Books. - Filing & Archiving:
Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems to ensure all documents are easily accessible. - Data Entry:
Key in financial transactions and verify receipts for accuracy. - General Support:
Assist with scanning, photocopying, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is essential. - Software
Skills:
Proficiency with computers and a quick learner when it comes to new programs. - Reliability: A consistent and professional approach to work.
- Prior
Experience:
Previous experience in an office setting or with basic bookkeeping is an asset, but not necessary.
- Hours:
Casual / As needed (approx. 8-15 hours per week). - Pay Rate: TBD depending on experience.

Moose Jaw, SK.
