• Handle high volumes of calls and inquiries from patients
Requirements:
• At least Grade 12 diploma
• 2+ years of related office experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and databases
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policy
