In-Person Administrative Assistant Position

We are looking for an on-site Administrative Assistant who will play a crucial role in daily team operations. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 1 month of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting minutes while utilizing programs like MS Office and Google Docs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate information flow within the team
• Plan and organize daily office operations
• Record and distribute minutes of meetings
• Manage contracts and schedule appointments
• Oversee analysis of employee data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 month to less than 7 months of experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Google applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiar with basic bookkeeping tasks
