Be part of the Saskatchewan Research Council’s team as a Handover Package Coordinator located in Saskatoon. Support the Rare Earth Processing Facility project with crucial coordination and documentation efforts.
This role calls for someone with a diploma in Engineering Technology and 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction or commissioning documentation. You will be vital in managing handover documentation and ensuring completion and compliance across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams on handover boundaries and acceptance criteria
• Assess inspection records and documentation for readiness prior to handover
• Keep handover procedures and checklists up to date and effective
• Monitor package readiness while identifying quality gaps and issues
• Facilitate kickoff and readiness meetings for stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering Technology or related certification
• 1-3 years supporting documentation in relevant fields
• Experience with document management systems is beneficial
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with abilities to resolve discrepancies
