As part of the largest school division in Saskatchewan, Substitute Secretaries play a key role in supporting the daily operations of schools. Responsibilities will include effective word processing, general reception, and managing essential administrative tasks. This position is perfect for detail-oriented candidates with a background in business education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute word processing functions using Microsoft Office
• Provide general reception and assistance
• Oversee filing, mail distribution, and photocopying
• Conduct basic accounting tasks effectively
• Carry out other secretarial tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
• One year of post-secondary business education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in computerized accounting is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
