Your responsibilities include clerical support to optimize the smooth operation at the Saskatchewan Medical Association offices in Saskatoon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for members
• Respond courteously to inquiries from visitors
• Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support
• Assist in the efficient operation of the SMA
• Uphold a professional image in all communications
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration
• 1-2 years’ experience in reception or office administration
• Healthcare or association experience is beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently
