This position involves vital responsibilities such as scheduling Specialist visits and compiling necessary clinic statistics. You will work closely with doctors, patients, and various departments, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for patient/client appointments
• Organize and manage the Specialist’s surgical calendar
• Compile statistics for Specialist Clinic activities
• Liaise with Cancer Care and Medical Daycare services
• Collaborate with personnel across various hospital departments
Requirements:
• Medical Office Assistant Diploma (1 year)
• Two years of experience in a medical office
• Experience with MEDITECH systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and communication skills
