Enhance your administrative skills this summer as an Administrative Assistant at the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies. Make valuable contributions to office operations in a welcoming setting.

This position is open to First Nations and Inuit students aged 15 to 30, providing an excellent opportunity to gain work experience while contributing to SIIT’s goals. You will perform a range of administrative functions, handling sensitive information with the utmost care and accuracy while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage routine inquiries via phone and in person

• Ensure the front office is clean and orderly

• Provide essential administrative support, including data entry

• Set up meeting logistics and technology requirements

• Sort and distribute mail and courier packages

Requirements:

• A minimum age of 15 and currently registered as a student

• Must reside in a recognized Indigenous community

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred

• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach
