Location: North Battleford
Join Humber River Health this summer as a Mental Health Support Student. Engage in administrative roles that provide essential support to a vital health program while honing your skills.
This temporary full-time position, lasting until August 2026, requires a proactive Summer Student for the Mental Health & Addiction Program. Responsibilities include assisting Program Assistants, managing calendars, and offering front desk support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and thrive in service-oriented roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Program Assistants with their administrative duties
• Provide support for meetings and calendar management
• Assist at the front desk with customer inquiries
• Undertake administrative tasks for program leadership
• Work on special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education
• Previous administrative or customer service experience required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Preference for local candidates from North West Toronto
