Join our team in Saskatoon as a full-time Receptionist/Administrator and be the face of our thriving dealership. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to support daily operations.
The Receptionist will provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting visitors while managing general office duties. Key tasks include booking appointments, handling mail, and processing invoices in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential, as well as strong document creation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming experience to every visitor
• Assist in administrative tasks like copying and mailing
• Ensure meeting rooms remain well-organized
• Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Reconcile and track accounts payable invoices
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant reception or admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology-savvy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
