In this role, you will help the Contracts Team and assist with overall project costing activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining organized electronic files, ensuring compliance with documentation, and providing backup support across divisions. Attention to detail is crucial for managing project documentation and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up and maintaining project jobs
• Verify and organize employee documentation thoroughly
• Help with invoice preparation by gathering necessary documents
• Enter payroll data and labor hours accurately
• Support digitization processes for project documentation
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent background
• Administrative Assistant certification from a recognized institution
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of Global shop & SAP Applications is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
