The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies is looking for a Summer Administrative Assistant to join their team from May to August 2026. This role is ideal for First Nations and Inuit secondary or post-secondary students. You will engage with clients, assist with office management, and support various administrative functions to facilitate the smooth operation of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct routine inquiries professionally

• Manage phone calls and greet clients at the reception

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at front office

• Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and accommodations

Requirements:

• Students aged 15 to 30, legally entitled to work in Canada

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is an asset

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team

• Must intend to return to studies in the next academic year
