Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate employee reviews and updates for the picture board
- Support the Health and Safety Advisor with training and meeting recordings
- Maintain office databases and assist staff and management
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures
- Administrative diploma or degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and confidentiality
