Position

Receptionist/Administrator (Full‑Time)

Location

Saskatoon, SK

About the Role

The Receptionist will be the face & voice of our dealership, welcoming and assisting visitors while performing general office duties and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting each visitor personally.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and common areas tidy.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls professionally.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Book customer appointments.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, including reconciliation and follow‑up on outstanding accounts.
  • Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of reception and/or administrative experience; dealership experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable to new technologies.
  • Strong document creation, proofreading, and business correspondence skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment under urgent deadlines.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
