Aplin is seeking a reliable Receptionist for an immediate assignment. You will be responsible for managing reception operations, directing visitors, and supporting office staff. Previous front-desk experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors professionally and courteously
• Answer and route incoming calls, take messages
• Manage reception desk operations and security protocols
• Handle incoming mail and courier packages
• Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry
Requirements:
• Valid Government of Canada security clearance
• Previous reception or front-desk experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset
