As a Summer Student, you will provide essential support through various administrative functions, including back-up duties and front desk responsibilities. Ideal candidates will be organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative support for Program Assistants
• Help coordinate meetings and take minutes during absences
• Provide front desk support and customer service
• Carry out administrative tasks required by the leadership team
• Complete special projects assigned by management
Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program
• Experience in administrative roles or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Local applicants from the North West Toronto community preferred
