This position requires strong organizational skills in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Minister. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and document preparation. Your detail-oriented approach will ensure timely communication and accurate records management within Indigenous governance contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Minister's calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare documents and maintain confidential records
• Organize meeting logistics and track action items
• Facilitate cross-ministerial coordination initiatives
• Liaise with community partners and government representatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in an administrative role
• Experience with Indigenous governments is a plus
• Office management education is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license required
Contribute to effective administration and stakeholder relations supporting the Minister's objectives in Saskatoon.
