This role involves providing essential administrative support on an as-needed basis within our vibrant Saskatoon office. Candidates should have strong expertise in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. You will facilitate logistics, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and help maintain a well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform reception duties with professionalism
• Arrange staff vehicle rentals efficiently
• Maintain office spaces and inventory as needed
• Source and coordinate catering services
• Manage accounts payable and receivable invoicing
Requirements:
• Diploma in business/office administration or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
