Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support corporate travel and meeting/event services coordination for enterprise operations.

Join a corporate professional team supporting large‑scale enterprise travel and meeting services coordination. This position manages corporate travel operations, event logistics, and end‑to‑end coordination across executive and enterprise‑level stakeholders. The role provides comprehensive support for both travel administration and full‑cycle meeting and event management in a complex organizational environment. This 6‑month contract offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing operational services function within a leading enterprise organization.

6 month contract, Onsite 5 days a week in office.

Must Haves

5+ years as an Administrator coordinating corporate travel for large enterprise organizations

Event coordination experience providing end‑to‑end support across meeting and event services including research, site sourcing, venue setup, participant registration, and vendor coordination

Excellent verbal and written communication skills supporting cross‑functional stakeholders

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

Expense management experience and corporate travel platforms

Nice to Haves

Experience coordinating international travel logistics for enterprise executives

Background supporting large‑scale corporate events or leadership meetings

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements ensuring compliance with company policies

Support administrative functions for both travel and meeting services across enterprise departments

Maintain accurate travel and expense documentation within designated platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver seamless travel and event experiences
