The position supports daily activities at RESPEC's Saskatoon office, ensuring an organized and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include front desk coordination, scheduling, event support, and document management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and greet visitors to the office
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
• Process expense claims and maintain filing systems
• Monitor and replenish office supplies regularly
• Assist with calendar management and meeting logistics
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license for work-related travel
