Under the guidance of the Administration Manager, the Administrative Assistant is integral to the smooth flow of operations. You will manage multiple administrative projects, assist in data management, and interact directly with citizens and visitors. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to promoting cultural competence within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with various administrative projects and initiatives
• Generate and upload reports as required
• Monitor and respond to inquiries from the public
• Organize meeting rooms and coordinates events
• Maintain confidential files and databases
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Post-secondary education in business administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license required
