As a File Management Officer, you'll work under the Information Systems Manager to assist with daily file management.
Your role will involve organizing client files and handling various document-related tasks. We seek individuals with strong administration and data management skills, particularly from social services backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize client file systems effectively
• Assist File Manager and Information Systems Manager daily
• Handle documents and maintain records
• Support data management activities
• Ensure alignment with agency procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum two-year Health Records Technician Diploma required
• Two years of experience in social services preferred
• Strong skills in administration and file management
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s License needed
• Must complete a criminal records check
This role requires your expertise in file management and records maintenance at Dilico Anishinabek Family Care in Fort William First Nation.
