Support DTI’s educational programs as a full-time Administrative Assistant III in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Your role will involve direct communication, administrative tasks, and meeting participation.
This position requires you to manage public inquiries, maintain student records, and assist in various administrative functions. You will be part of a team, attending DTI meetings and contributing to the smooth operation of office duties. Ideal candidates will have experience in office administration and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries from public via phone and in person
• Organize files, photocopy, and route mail efficiently
• Compose letters based on given instructions
• Create tables and reports for DTI use
• Participate in DTI meetings and various office duties
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in office administration
• Minimum one year relevant experience required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with diverse groups
