You will be a key player in maintaining the organized flow of the office, assisting with scheduling, coordinating events, and handling expense management tasks. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This position is part-time and approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate front desk operations and visitor greets
• Oversee incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
• Manage documentation and assist with expense claims
• Organize office supplies and maintain inventory lists
• Facilitate scheduling and logistics for meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Possession of a valid driver's license needed
Support efficient operations at RESPEC while enhancing your administrative skills.
