Based out of our Saskatoon Head office, we are currently seeking an organized and dynamic multi-tasker, who will join our Finance team as an Office Administrator.
This detail-oriented role requires ably handling multiple deliverables and applying critical thinking skills, to ensure that tight deadlines are consistently met. An expert at Excel, the Office Administrator provides all levels of accounts payable support, which includes highly accurate data entry and assisting the team with invoicing and billing, tracking, and applying payments received. As a first point of contact, the office administrator receives all incoming calls, accomodates requests from other divisions, and effectively supports all areas of finance
Proven office experience in accounting & finance, as well as
construction office experience,is preferred.
Skills & Requirements
- Must be a permanent resident of Canada.
- Must provide a Criminal record check if employment is accepted.
- Must be available 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Office
365, SAP Business One, Fieldglass, as well as proficiency in most office software platforms, is preferred. - Meticulous attention to detail for all data entry.
- Team-based attitude and positive engagement with all divisions of HPL.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in planning and ability to handle frequent interruptions.
