Position: Program Officer Role at SIIT
Become a Program Officer with the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies, located in Saskatoon. This permanent, full-time position focuses on coordinating training programs for First Nation communities while managing administrative tasks.
As a Program Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting training initiatives from the ground up. Responsibilities include managing the MyATC Platform for apprenticeship registration and ensuring efficient program evaluation processes. You will support the Program Coordinator and assist in data collection and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of JTC programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various apprenticeship programs for Bands/Tribal Councils

• Monitor training initiatives as needed and requested

• Maintain the SIIT JTC database and data integrity

• Assist in managing apprentices in line with regulations
Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of administrative work experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data management

• Relevant post-secondary qualifications or Journeyperson Certification
