We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to keep our busy wellness clinic running smoothly and ensure a warm, healing environment for our patients.

• Greet and welcome patients with a professional and empathetic attitude.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and the daily calendar.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, client information, and payments.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and support the clinic team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer literacy, including email and booking software.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional with strict adherence to privacy.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset.

• Experience working in a healthcare, clinic, or spa setting.
• Familiarity with direct billing or clinic management software.

• Friendly, calm, and supportive work environment.
• Hourly wage of $16.00/hr with flexible scheduling.
