We have a Full Time position available for an experienced Receptionist to join our Saskatoon operation.

General Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain and update office records, documents, databases, and contact lists.
- Order, receive, and monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and preparation of documents and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to staff and departments as required.
- Support the Office Administrator with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and bookings as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information, employee records, and business documents.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
