We’re looking for an Agriculture Business Advisor to provide customized financial advice and expertise to primarily producers and agri-businesses in the Shellbrook area. What you’ll do:

• Act as a subject matter expert for our agricultural members, providing expertise related to their operational, corporate structure, and financing needs
• Provide advice and resources to develop business cases, set up business financials, operating models, business registration, etc.
• Deliver memorable member experiences, drive sales, and retain business
• Provide policy and program advice for sales, service, and marketing initiatives targeting the Ag Advisor segment

What you’ve got:

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Industry-leading sales ability in growing a book of business, achieving targets, and demonstrating a member-centric approach
• Ability to interpret farm financial statements and business operating models
