What you’ll do:
Lead the identification, prioritization, and development of long‑range member‑impacting strategies grounded in strong analysis and organizational insight.
Build clear, evidence‑based business cases and initiative briefs to secure alignment, resources, and approvals from senior leaders and stakeholders.
Facilitate collaborative, cross‑functional strategy design that engages FCL leaders, SMEs, and local Co‑op leaders to ensure shared ownership.
Transition strategies into execution by coordinating handoff, supporting early implementation, and defining performance measures.
Advise leaders as a senior strategy SME, strengthening enterprise-wide strategic thinking, analysis, member understanding and value orientation.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Director, Member Relations Enablement and be part of a supportive, high performing team that delivers through collaboration and continuous learning. While the role has no direct reports today, this may evolve as needs grow. Expect to work closely with cross‑functional partners across the CRS, from Member Relations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and many others.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in strategy and:
Have 10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate or retail strategy function, including at least 8 years of leadership experience.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Experience in retail operations and service design is considered an asset.
Experience in the co-operative sector is considered an asset.
Possess strong financial acumen.
