The Opportunity
We are looking for a Benefits Administrator who enjoys supporting the delivery of exceptional group benefits services to a portfolio of clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal specialists across benefits, group retirement, insurance, and financial planning to help deliver a seamless and coordinated client experience. From preparing renewal materials and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to supporting client meetings and managing plan updates, your work will help ensure every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to trust, service, and care.
As our Benefits Administrator, you won’t just manage the details behind the scenes. You’ll contribute to the relationships and processes that help clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the benefits programs that support their people.
How You Will Make An Impact
Support Exceptional Client Service
Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service to group benefits clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
Support client relationships by coordinating communications, preparing documentation, and assisting with service needs.
Schedule renewal timelines and support client meetings to ensure a smooth and organized experience.
Provide Benefit Administration & Plan Management
Prepare and analyze plan data for renewals, market surveys, and new group proposals while working directly with the Consultant and Account Managers.
Develop renewal reports, financial summaries, and supporting documentation for client meetings.
Identify trends or plan performance insights that support strategic recommendations.
Coordinate with carriers to support plan design changes, pricing updates, and rate negotiations.
Collaborate with Our Team
Work closely with colleagues across all divisions.
Share knowledge and support teammates.
Your Experience And Expertise
3 – 5 years of experience in group benefits administration
Deep knowledge of benefits plan design, funding arrangements, and benefits program structures
Strong experience preparing renewal analyses, market surveys, and benefits proposals
Business diploma or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and data reporting tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret plan data and financial information
