As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovative growth strategies and effective execution across national account relationships. With over seven years in the CPG industry, your expertise will be essential for managing prominent Food service accounts, enabling successful product launches and market expansion. Initially remote, the role will transition to a hybrid model as our Toronto office opens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead relationships with national Food service chains
• Optimize distribution and promotional strategies for growth
• Execute new SKU launches and seasonal programs
• Handle trade negotiations and planning cycles
• Foster cross-functional collaboration for improved insights
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in national account management
• Experience with leading CPG clients like Aramark and Sysco
• Successful track record in driving product velocity
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel 40-50% as required
