In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, helping scale critical business systems across the customer lifecycle in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven environment. You will take ownership of complex, cross‑functional workflows spanning pricing, contracting, and customer handoff, working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success. The position blends hands‑on operational execution with strategic problem‑solving, requiring both analytical rigor and strong business judgment.

You will also play a key role in designing and implementing AI‑powered workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across core business processes. This is a high‑impact role where your work directly influences revenue operations, scalability, and organizational performance. Over time, you will expand your scope to broader strategic initiatives that shape how the business operates and grows.

• Own and optimize end‑to‑end revenue operations workflows, including pricing governance, contracting, approvals, and customer handoff processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Act as the central coordination point for complex enterprise deals, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to drive execution and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Design and implement AI‑driven automation and workflow systems that reduce manual effort, streamline decision‑making, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and scaling risks across go‑to‑market operations and translate them into structured, actionable solutions.
• Support strategic and cross‑functional initiatives spanning monetization, onboarding, renewals, partner operations, and internal knowledge systems.
• Define KPIs, improve operational reporting, and contribute to building scalable systems that support business growth from mid‑stage to scale‑up maturity.

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, Rev Ops, finance, or similar roles within high‑growth or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working on cross‑functional, ambiguous business problems with ownership of end‑to‑end solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to design, improve, or scale operational workflows such as pricing, contracting, revenue processes, or customer lifecycle systems.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into clear operational frameworks.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading initiatives across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, or Customer Success teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data‑driven decision‑making, and business process design; exposure to AI tools or automation is a strong asset.
• Highly detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
