This pivotal role supports a significant fleet with national operations. You will coordinate fuel card administration, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with Operations and Finance teams. Monitors trends in fuel spend and usage, respond to urgent issues, and enforce compliance measures are central to maintaining effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer fuel card programs for drivers and equipment

• Resolve technical issues with fuel card vendors

• Monitor fuel spend and identify irregularities

• Ensure uninterrupted access for fleet operations

• Maintain documentation that supports compliance audits

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or fleet administration
